I went to Tally Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep after my other vehicle had been totalled. The other people's insurance only let me have a rental car for 7 days. I first met with Tony Mac on a Saturday and he showed me all my options on the lot with my wants and needs within my price range. Being a previous happy Jeep owner I was drawn to the Jeeps. I purchased my 2012 Jeep patriot from Tony. He did a magnificent job dealing with me and my mother (who lives 2 hours away!). He worked out the details, got me a great interest rate and even took care of overnighting paperwork to my mom (as she cosigned) to get the necessary signatures. I greatly appreciate Tony for doing a great job with the logistics of this sale. He even returned my rental car for me! I love my new rescue green Jeep! (aka Peabody)

I am the proud owner of a 2011 Dodge Nitro or "Hi Ho Silver" as I call her, lol Chris Thompson was my sales rep. and I cannot begin to tell you how much he went out of his way to find me a vehicle I was comfortable in AND could afford, he's AWESOME!!!!! I can only hope the service staff are just as wonderful. I had my Durango for right at 8 years and while she was a great, reliable vehicle I wanted something a little more economical at the gas pump but still needed the roominess that I enjoyed previously. It'll take some getting used to with all the new gadgets and what not but I think the Nitro is going to be great and I was so proud to drive her home today. Thanks again Chris for the best, most attentive car buying experience I've ever had. I'll be singing your praises to anyone who'll listen. :o) WTG Tallahassee DCJ

I visited this dealership on 4/10/12 and was assisted by Mr. Nick Jones. Mr. Jones was extremely professional. Mr. Jones was genuinely courteous during the duration of my visit. He explained the process of my service and walked me through the entire operation of how to use the equipment that was installed on my vehicle. I had several questions and not once did Mr. Jones hesitate to answer nor did he ever grow frustrated with my repetitive concerns and/or questions. There was a delay in the arrival of the equipment for my vehicle but Mr. Jones assured me that any inconvenices this delay may cause on my part would certainly be taken care of ? and they were. My vehicle looks great and I am overwhelmingly pleased with my visit and purchase at your dealership. If I could have Mr. Jones be in charge of any additional visits and/or service appointments that may occur at your dealership I would be one the happiest people in Tallahassee because I know that he would take very good care of me. Thanks a MILLION Mr. Jones.

After having a few problems Mr. Mclenndon went out of his way to make things right. He kept in contact with me the whole time and has the best costumer service. I highly recommend Mr. Mclenndon when you decide to shop here ?

Randy Harris, Service Advisor, was great in the way he handled the service and repairs of our Jeep. He listened to what we thought we needed and advised what we should do. He knew his job well and completed the work as expected and on time. He explained the bill in detail. We had an extended warranty and Randy called Fidelity and worked out the details to cover the warranty work. The work included oil change, tune uo, service of both differentials, transfer case, repair of gas tank fume line and multipoint inspection. After working with many dealers over the years, this experience could not have been more pleasant. This is why we gave "Great" to all questions.

It is one of the few businesses where the owner and general manager know you by name, get involved and thank you for your time and business. And with the improvements Chrysler has made to its' lineup, we see many more deals in the future. We think of our sales associate Robert, as a trusted friend in the business.

I CAME IN TO HAVE MY 06 CHARGER SERVICED IT HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE TIRE SENSOR, WELL ANYWAY WHILE I WAS WAITING MR KING CAME UP TO ME AND ASK ME A FEW QUESTIONS AND HE MADE ME REALIZE WHAT KIND OF SITUATION I WAS IN WHICH WAS A BAD VERY BAD SITUATION I WAS FINANCING MY 06 CHARGER WHICH I BROUGHT AT ANOTHER DEALER MIND YOU AT 18% INTEREST AND HE ASK ME IF HE COULD GET ME IN A NEW CAR AT A LOWER INTEREST RATE WILL I TAKE IT WELL I HAD TO THINK FOR A MINUTE DO I REALLY WANNA LOSE MY HEMI OH YEAH AT WAS A R/T, BUT HE MADE ME REALIZE WHAT I WOULDV'E WENT THROUGH IF I KELP IT ALL THE PROBLEMS I'M GONNA HAVE WITH A CAR THAT IS MOVING OVER A 100.000 MILES I ONLY HAD MY CAR 2 AND A HALF YEARS AND ONLY PAID $3.000 DOLLARS TO THE PRINCIPLE OF THE LOAD, WELL THEN I SAID GO FOR IT KNOWING I WASN'T GONNA GET APPROVED ANYWAY, HE PROVED ME WRONG LOL NOT ONLY DID HE GOT ME APPROVED BUT HE GOT ME IN A BRAND NEW 2011 CHARGER SE, AND HE GOT ME AT A VERY LOW INTEREST RATE 1.9% I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT HATS OFF TO MR KING FOR ALL HE'S DONE FOR ME GETTING ME IN MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR AND WITH A EXCELLENT WARRANTY PACKAGE THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR KING AND DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER IN ME FROM LIFE ( GOODBYE FORD LOL )

Chris was so helpful in his duties! He went above and beyong the call of duty to help me get into a new vehicle! Im greatly enjoying my 2011 Chrysler 200. This has truly been a blessing to me during this season. Management was also welcoming and helpful with all the things required of them!
