"BEST SERVICE EVER!!!"

I would like for this to be given to your dealership owner/manager. On the first day of a family vacation, I was stranded in the Tallahassee area after a mishap with our Sprinter Fleetwood C-Class Rv. I was scared, sick, worried about the amount of money I was about to spend and anxious that there was damage to the motor. My day started with a very courteous call from your Service Manager, Mark. He arranged for the Shuttle driver to pick me up at the motel as quickly as possible for my signature so the service team could look at my RV. I can not say enough about the kindness and patience of your shuttle driver. His jovial personality put my cousin, my mother and myself at ease as he transported us to lunch and to shop nearby the dealership. Your service technician, Steve was the the "BEST!" I have experience many service personnel that treat women as ignorant of the mechanics of the job they need to perform. I was informed quickly, politely and in terms that I could understand how they would fix my RV. I was also reassured that I would be back on the road by that evening. I was on my way by 3pm! I have told everyone I know in Florida what a wonderful service team you have. I must also thank Jennifer, your receptionist. She helped my receive copies of Insurance forms that I needed to complete my claim with that particular company. She was kind enough to give her e-mail address to that compay, recive and print the forms for me. I thank her also for the sweet disposition she has! I pray that all of you are as blessed as I am. I will never forget the service I received there. If any of you are ever in Clanton, Alabama, please contact my husband, Keith Maddox at the Clanton Police Department and we will take you to lunch!
